On 28 April 2023, the 6th Transport Conference of the Traditionsverein Deutscher Transportversicherer e.V. took place in Hamburg (www.verein-tdv.de). The event provided an excellent opportunity to get in touch with leading representatives of the transport and insurance industry and to exchange views on current topics.In addition to other speakers from different industries who gave lectures on different topics, the presentation by the three members of the ATLO Network (www.atlo-legal.net/de) was particularly interesting: Mr. Epameinondas Kalagiakos, lawyer, from the law firm Kalagiakos & Partners/Athens, Mr. Folkert Baars, lawyer, from the law firm Grimme & Partners/Hamburg as well as Ms. Monique Stengel, lawyer, from the law firm Stengel/Paris and. Together, the three gave a joint lecture on the topic of “Disruption of supply chains and liability for multimodal transports”, a legal comparison of Greece/Germany/France.
